We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented person to join our team as Business Development Associate. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and explaining how our [Product/Service] can help them.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups from the leads provided.
- Sales Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Market Feedback: Gather feedback from prospects and share insights with the product/marketing team to improve our offerings.

- Qualification: Any Graduates.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + Local language is a plus).
- High energy, resilience, and a "never give up" attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.
