Job Title: Collection Executive
Location: Udumalpet, Kumbakonam, Walajapet
Experience: Minimum 1 year in LAP/Home Loan Collections

Key Responsibilities

- Handle collections for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan (HL) accounts.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and field visits.
- Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate collection records and update the system regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in LAP/HL Collections.
- Must be a local candidate from the respective location.
- CIBIL score above 700.
- No history of absconding from any organization.
- Good job stability with relevant collection experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for collection activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
