R&D; Facility Planning, Project management & Budget control

Responsibility:
Indirect Procurement (AMC/ Spares & Capex related)

Driving adherence to practices for Budget planning in accordance to ZBB philosophy, spend analysis, and management reporting

Competency Requirements:
Technical/Functional:
Sourcing & Budgeting Experience (Level: Expert):
a. Expertise in sourcing, logistics and vendor management area

b. Solid Negotiating and influencing skills: able to influence business partners and suppliers as well as the ability to be assertive to ensure compliance to contracts

c. Knowledge of International business concepts, eg. L/C, INCO Terms, Custom Clearance, etc.

d. Deep understanding of Capital Budget planning, approval and monitoring.

Analytical Aptitude (Level: Expert):
a. Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret the data for spend analysis and management reporting

b.



Expertise in data analysis and info-graphic visualization using advanced excel functions and Power Point

c. Logical reasoning and problem solving skills

Financial Acumen (Level: Intermediate):
a. Information of indirect and direct taxation and its impact on sourcing cycle.

b. Awareness of the changing rules and its impact on work areas

General Competencies (Level: Expert):
a. Conceptual understanding of processes and deliverables

b. Task orientation and quality consciousness
