Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to manage electrical maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure smooth operation of plant machinery. The ideal candidate should have experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance, electrical panels, utilities, and statutory compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and plant machinery.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LT panels, PCC, MCC, VFDs, motors, transformers, DG sets, compressors, and utility equipment.
- Monitor utilities such as chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, boilers, pumps, and process equipment.
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain daily maintenance records, breakdown reports, power consumption reports, and equipment history.
- Ensure availability of electrical spares and coordinate procurement when required.
- Supervise electricians, technicians,



and contractors during maintenance activities.
- Carry out electrical testing, cable termination, earthing inspections, and panel health checks.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Participate in plant improvement projects, energy-saving initiatives, and cost reduction activities.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Maintain documentation as per ISO standards and company procedures.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of MCC, PCC, VFDs, motors, transformers, DG sets, electrical panels, and utilities.
- Understanding of electrical drawings and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with industrial safety practices and electrical regulations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage maintenance teams and contractors.
- Knowledge of ISO documentation and preventive maintenance systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
