Key Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team by preparing quotations and proposals.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and video calls.
* Assist with product demonstrations and technical presentations.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
* Handle product documentation and compliance-related requests.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Basic knowledge of electrical schematics and industrial products.
* Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Remote
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
