Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller (Sales) to generate sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, maintain positive customer relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate sales leads and convert them into customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and customer follow-up.




- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–6 Months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service (Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
