- Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Design creative graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Capture photos and videos of products, manufacturing processes, events, and team activities.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement, and respond promptly.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads).
- Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, or influencers when required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
