Bakery Store Manager – Demould, Rohini
Location: Rohini, Delhi
Experience: 2–4 years in a bakery/café (managerial or senior supervisory role preferred)
Shifts: Adaptable — must be open to rotational/weekend shifts as per store needs
Role: The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall running of the Rohini store — sales, customer experience, staff, cash, and coordination with the central kitchen.
What you'll do:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive footfall and repeat customers
- Ensure a consistently good customer experience — resolve complaints, maintain service standards
- Prepare weekly staff roster and manage shift planning
- Handle daily cash management, billing accuracy, and reconciliation
- Train, guide, and supervise store staff on service, hygiene, and product knowledge
- Give inputs on menu performance — best sellers, slow movers, and customer feedback
- Manage wastage — track and minimize spoilage and stock loss
- Ensure all store SOPs are followed correctly by the team
- Prepare and share daily and weekly reports (sales, stock, staff attendance, wastage)
- Place ordering indents to the central kitchen based on stock and demand
- Handle custom order requests from customers — cakes, bulk orders, special occasions — and coordinate with kitchen for fulfillment
Requirements:
- Good command over English (spoken and written) — will be handling reports and customer interactions
- Prior experience managing a small team in retail/F&B;
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with basic reporting/Excel
- Willing to work flexible hours beyond shifts on festivals/special days.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
