Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively source candidates using various recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals with skills in areas such as software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other technical fields.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Organize and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and answering any questions about the role, company, and hiring process.
- Build relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

-Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.




-Experience with sourcing and recruiting candidates for IT positions is a plus, but not required.
-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is preferred.
-Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
