Key Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end IT recruitment.
● Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
● Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews.
● Handle salary negotiations and background verification.
● Manage onboarding, including offer letters and induction.
● Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and reports.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
● Coordinate with recruitment vendors when required.
What We're Looking For:
● 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
● Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
● Positive interpersonal and organizational skills.
● Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
