What you’ll do to make an impact

As Talent Acquisition Lead, India, you’ll translate global TA strategy into disciplined local execution, partnering with leaders to deliver quality hiring, workforce alignment and a consistent candidate experience across India.

This is a hands-on senior TA leadership role with clear accountabilities, delivering approved recruitment demand at pace and supporting bid/pursuit resourcing with credible, compliant and market aligned talent solutions. The role requires strong governance discipline, practical process ownership, clean Workday adoption, proactive talent mapping and the confidence to challenge unclear demand, unsupported approvals or shortcuts that create risk for the business.

Success means running a fast, well controlled TA operation across India: balancing live roles and bids, building reusable talent pools for critical/hard to fill skills, maintaining audit ready candidate and requisition records, improving hiring manager discipline and using AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve sourcing, screening, reporting and recruiter productivity without replacing human judgement.

About you





- Partner with regional, sector and bid leaders to translate workforce needs into practical sourcing strategies, talent maps, shortlists and bid-ready candidate pipelines.
- Lead India TA delivery across approved roles and bid related demand, ensuring the team responds with pace, quality and clear prioritisation.
- Own compliance and governance discipline across the recruitment lifecycle, including Workday accuracy, DOA approvals, candidate consent, data privacy, verification and evidence capture.
- Drive process consistency and speed by removing bottlenecks, educating hiring managers, escalating blockers early and ensuring recruitment activity is aligned to genuine business priorities.
- Adopt AI-enabled sourcing and productivity tools responsibly, using automation to improve market mapping, outreach, screening support and reporting while maintaining human judgement, fairness and candidate experience.
