We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and maintaining follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain call records and customer database.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
