Job summary

We are looking for an Odoo Developer / Functional Consultant (Fresher or up to 2 years’ experience) to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will work on configuring Odoo modules, understanding client business processes, and developing basic customizations to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions

Key responsibilities

- Work with clients and internal teams to understand business processes and map them to Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.)
- Configure and implement standard Odoo functionalities based on client requirements.
- Assist in developing and customizing Odoo modules using Python, XML, and Odoo framework (under guidance of senior developers).
- Participate in testing, bug fixing, and deployment of Odoo solutions.
- Prepare basic functional and technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials
- Provide post-implementation support, resolve user issues, and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements
- Stay updated with latest Odoo features and best practices

Required qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field




- 0–2 years of experience in Odoo / ERP / software development / business analysis; freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
- For developer-focused candidates:
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
- For functional-focused candidates:
- Strong interest in business processes, requirement gathering, and client-facing roles.

Location and work mode

- Location: Nadiad / Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site or Hybrid, as per company policy).
- Working hours and flexibility can be discussed during the interview.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
