Position Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for actively engaging with guests and visitors at the 5* Hotel, introducing them to Zivaya Wellness services, generating walk-in customers, and assisting the outlet team in achieving daily sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

The Sales Executive is responsible for engaging hotel guests, promoting Zivaya Wellness spa services, generating bookings, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively engage with hotel guests in designated areas such as the lobby, reception, restaurants, poolside, fitness centre, and other approved guest areas.
- Tie-up with nearby corporates and bring in business
- Introduce guests to Zivaya Wellness spa treatments, wellness packages, and ongoing promotional offers.
- Understand guests' preferences and recommend suitable wellness services.




- Generate qualified leads and encourage guests to visit the spa for consultations and treatments.
- Coordinate appointments with the spa reception team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell services and encourage repeat visits.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Concierge, and Spa team to maximize guest referrals.
- Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate information to guests.
- Record daily leads, bookings, and sales.
- Ensure professional grooming and comply with hotel and company standards.

Eligibility

- Experience in hospitality, sales, retail, customer service, or guest relations is preferred.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and customer-focused.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
