Position Title: Maintenance Technician – Urgent Hiring

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and smooth functioning of the hospital facility. The candidate will be responsible for attending to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment, and general maintenance requirements.

Candidates with experience in hospitals, healthcare, hotels, hospitality, commercial buildings, or other facility maintenance environments are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out day-to-day preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil, HVAC, and other general maintenance requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and maintain electrical panels, wiring, lighting systems, pumps, motors, and other equipment.
- Assist in the maintenance of DG sets, HVAC systems, lifts, fire safety systems, and hospital utility equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requirements.
- Conduct regular inspection of equipment and facility infrastructure.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors and external technicians when required.
- Follow all hospital safety procedures and maintenance standards.




- Ensure tools and maintenance equipment are properly maintained.
- Support renovation, repair, and facility improvement works.
- Coordinate with other departments for maintenance-related requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, or related technical field.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in:
- Hospital / Healthcare Industry, OR
- Hotel / Hospitality Industry, OR
- Commercial / Residential Building Maintenance
- Good technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in hospital maintenance is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of hospital utility systems is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety systems, DG, HVAC, pumps, and electrical systems.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintenance documentation and reporting.
