Job Description – IPQA Incharge (OSD Plant)

Position: IPQA Incharge
Department: Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Location: Kala Amb
Experience: 10–15 Years
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Industry: Pharmaceutical – OSD Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities in the OSD manufacturing area.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform and supervise line clearance, in-process checks, and stage-wise quality verification.
- Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and IPQA documentation.
- Investigate deviations, OOS/OOT, change controls, and implement CAPA.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering departments for smooth manufacturing operations.
- Conduct GMP audits, shop-floor inspections, and ensure audit readiness.
- Train and mentor IPQA team members on GMP, GDP, SOPs, and quality systems.




- Monitor process compliance and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout production.
- Support regulatory inspections and customer audits.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of OSD manufacturing processes.
- Excellent understanding of cGMP, GDP, GLP, WHO-GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience in line clearance, in-process checks, deviation handling, CAPA, and documentation.
- Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and pharmaceutical documentation.

Qualification

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in regulatory-approved pharmaceutical manufacturing units.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
