Job Title: US Voice Process
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer questions and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about products or services.
- Update customer details in the system.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
- Meet productivity and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Positive English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in US shifts (night shifts).
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus (freshers can also apply).

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
