Hiring: Asst. Manager – Contracts | Legal, Contracts & Compliance
Location: Udupi, Karnataka (Bangalore candidates open to relocation/travel may also be considered)

We are looking for legal professionals with strong expertise in commercial contracts, contract negotiations, and corporate legal operations.
Key Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in contracts management / corporate legal practice
- Strong exposure to drafting & reviewing commercial agreements, SaaS contracts, NDAs, procurement contracts, licensing agreements, lease deeds, and MoUs
- Experience in international contracts and complex commercial negotiations preferred
- Candidates from manufacturing companies or diversified group companies preferred
- Candidates from non-litigation / corporate legal background only
- Reliable candidates with strong tenure in organizations preferred
- Karnataka-based candidates preferred and must be open to travel
- LLB mandatory | LLM / CS preferred
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
