About the Role
GMB Sweets is looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an outstanding dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to manage a team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant floor operations.
- Lead and coordinate the service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Train, guide, and monitor restaurant staff.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Qualified appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
Preference
- Candidates from outside Agra will be preferred.
- Accommodation will be provided by the company.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
