Admissions Processing: Review and evaluate applications, transcripts, and other admission documents to determine eligibility and make admissions decisions.
Counseling: Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
Student Recruitment: Actively recruit prospective students through various channels including outreach events, school visits, and communication campaigns.
Answering and Directing Phone Calls: Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department. Take and relay messages as necessary.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of applicant information, communication interactions, and admissions decisions using CRM software or other designated systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, counseling,
communications, etc.). Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, counseling, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
