Master’s degree preferably in related fields.

- Strong understanding of the corporate hiring landscape, recruitment processes, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analytics for reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture strong partnerships with existing corporate partners to facilitate student placements.
2. Identify, approach, and establish new relationships with potential recruiters to diversify placement opportunities.
2. Student Placement Coordination:
1. Act as the primary liaison between students and corporate partners to ensure successful placements.
3. Industry-Centric Events:
1. Plan, organize, and execute industry-focused events such as career fairs, workshops, and networking sessions.
4. Recruitment Outreach:
1. Develop a comprehensive strategy to attract current recruiters and employers to the campus.
5. Data Management and Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate records of student placements, including success stories and feedback from corporate partners.
