About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Medical Representative (MR) to join our growing pharmaceutical wholesale business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing strong relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals on a daily basis.
- Promote and generate demand for pharmaceutical products.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the office team for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Requirements





- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc., or Life Sciences preferred).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
