Job Title: DevOps & Toolchain Manager – Embedded Software Environment

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps & Toolchain Manager to lead a team of six engineers in an agile (Scrum) setting. This role involves managing the infrastructure and toolchain supporting embedded software development, with a strong focus on communication, cybersecurity, and innovation through AI integration.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Agile Management
Functional management of a 6-person team using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Sprint planning and task tracking using JIRA.
Mentoring and supporting team members in their technical and professional growth.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders including IT Group, Cybersecurity teams, embedded software project teams, and top management.
Provide clear and structured updates, reports, and presentations.
Toolchain & Infrastructure Management
Oversee the installation and maintenance of embedded software development tools (e.g., Polarion, GitLab, Jenkins, Coverity, JFrog) on Azure-hosted RedHat Linux and Windows VMs.
Manage SaaS applications such as JIRA and Confluence.




Coordinate with external vendors developing complementary web applications.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to identify and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities.
Plan and implement product cybersecurity tools within the toolchain.
Innovation & AI Integration
Lead the planning, experimentation, and deployment of AI solutions within the toolchain to enhance productivity and automation.
Asset & License Management
Manage software licenses and maintenance contracts, including renewals and compliance tracking.
CI/CD & Project Onboarding
Create and configure projects across all tools in the infrastructure.
Set up CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins for each new project kickoff.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or toolchain management.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and virtualized environments.
Familiarity with embedded software development tools and environments.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and vulnerability management.
Experience with AI integration in development environments is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
