- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Process and manage customer orders.
- Coordinate with the production department regarding order status.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation and delivery updates.
- Maintain customer records and sales databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Communicate with the accounts department regarding payments and invoices.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Schedule meetings and maintain sales documentation.
- Update CRM/ERP software with customer and order information.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely execution.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
