We are looking for an HR Executive for an industrial manufacturing company. The candidate will handle recruitment, attendance, employee coordination, and basic HR operations.
Handle recruitment
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirement
- Employee documentation and joining formalities
- Handle basic HR operations and compliance
- Support payroll coordination
- Employee communication and issue handling
- BBA / MBA (HR) preferred
Experience
Minimum 2 years Experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
