About the Role
We're looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our admissions team at our Madhapur office. You'll be the first point of contact for NEET students and parents exploring MBBS abroad options, helping them understand our programs and guiding them toward enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to NEET students/parents who have shown interest in MBBS abroad programs
- Explain Glohive's services, university partnerships, fee structures, and admission process clearly
- Handle inbound inquiries from leads generated via ads, website, and referrals
- Qualify leads and schedule counselling sessions with senior admission counsellors
- Follow up consistently with prospective students to move them through the admission funnel
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads,



and follow-ups in CRM
- Address queries and objections professionally, building trust with parents and students
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome; prior telecalling/telesales/admissions counselling experience is a plus
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
- Robust persuasion and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven mindset with a positive, patient attitude
- Graduate in any discipline (Life sciences/Biology background is a plus but not mandatory)
- Must be willing to work from our Madhapur office
