Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Expert to promote digital media solutions, advertising packages, branded content, subscriptions, and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to startups, SMEs, corporates, and agencies.

Promote digital media, advertising, and marketing solutions.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media.

Maintain accurate client records using CRM software.

Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.





Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Malayalam fluency is required. Hindi or Tamil will be an added advantage.

Robust communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and digital tools.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and positive attitude.

Experience in media sales or digital marketing sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
