Position: HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations
Location: Karnal
Experience: 2.5 – 3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with 2.5–3 years of experience. The role is primarily focused on Recruitment (80%) along with HR Operations (20%). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

HR Operations :-

- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.




- Coordinate with employees for attendance and leave records.
- Support HR policies and compliance activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR operations and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2.5–3 years of relevant HR experience.
