About webXron: webXron is a growing digital agency dedicated to building high-quality websites and establishing strong digital footprints for businesses. We are expanding our local reach through the webXron Launchpad initiative. We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to hit the ground running, connect with local businesses, and drive our sales forward.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target local businesses that lack a professional website or an optimized Google My Business (GMB) listing.
- Field Sales & Client Meetings: Conduct daily field visits to meet potential clients face-to-face, understand their business needs, and pitch webXron’s digital solutions.
- Follow-ups & Pipeline Management: Make regular follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer client queries, and successfully close deals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly,



and monthly sales and acquisition targets.
- Client Education: Clearly communicate the value and revenue potential of having a strong online presence and a verified Google Maps/Business profile.

Key Qualifications:

- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or B2B business development.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for daily client meetings.
- Bonus: Prior experience selling IT services, digital marketing, or website development.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹30,957.85 per month
