Job Summary

The Floor Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily store floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, proper product availability, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily floor activities and staff.
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store maintenance.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
- Assist customers and resolve their queries.
- Track staff attendance and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Report operational issues to the Store Manager.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Preference will be given to MBA candidates.
- Experience in retail or pharmacy operations is preferred.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and retail software).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
