Urgent Hiring – HR Manager in Pushpanjali Medical Centre & Femme Nest Hospital(A unit of M.M. Healthcare Ltd.)

A reputed hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead its Human Resources function.

Qualification & Experience: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification

7–10 years of HR experience (hospital/healthcare experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, labor laws, payroll, and HR operations

Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment and onboarding Employee engagement and grievance handling

HR policy implementation and statutory compliance Attendance and payroll coordination Performance management and employee development

Maintenance of HR records and documentation
