We are looking for a dedicated and professional CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle client communication, maintain lead records, and support sales operations. The candidate should have positive communication skills, follow-up abilities, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Maintain customer and lead data in CRM software
- Follow up with interested leads and existing clients
- Coordinate with sales and support teams
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports
- Update client information and interaction records
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Generate appointments and meetings for sales teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
- Good convincing and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
