Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager with 10–18 years of experience in SAP technical delivery. The ideal candidate should have started their career as an SAP ABAP Technical Consultant or SAP Technical Architect and progressed into Project Management.

The candidate should have strong expertise in SAP ABAP development, SAP Basis, Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, Data Migration, and Technical Architecture, along with experience managing end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

- - Lead end-to-end SAP technical implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
- Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, risks, and overall delivery.
- Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Review and guide SAP technical designs, development, and code quality.
- Lead SAP ABAP developers and Basis teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.




- Manage technical issues, risks, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.
- Support project planning, cutover activities, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Required Experience

- - 10–18 years of overall SAP experience.
- Hands-on experience as an SAP Technical Consultant or SAP Technical Architect.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing SAP technical projects.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or migration projects.
- Solid understanding of SAP ABAP development and SAP Basis administration.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- - Experience with SAP MM, SD, FICO, or other SAP modules from a technical perspective.
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- PMP or SAP Certification is an added advantage.
