Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per project requirements.
2) Monitor manpower, material usage, and equipment deployment at the site.
3) Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and site engineers for smooth project execution.
4) Ensure safety practices and quality standards are maintained during all site operations.
5) Report site progress, issues, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.
