Job Purpose
Ensure business development of Retail Agri for the assigned cluster to achieve targets and profitability. Lead a result-oriented team to meet sales, recovery, and customer relationship objectives while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Achieve business targets across parameters like portfolio quality and cross-sell.
Provide strategies and guidance to meet objectives.
Ensure balanced growth and NPA control.
Customer Service & Competition Analysis
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Analyze competition to suggest customized product offerings.
Expand business in untapped areas and retain customers.
Team Management
Analyze MIS and team performance.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff to enhance productivity.
Promote a performance-driven and team-oriented culture.
Cross Functional Management
Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams.
Align cross-functional teams with bank policies and objectives.
Others
Undertake marketing activities and branch visits.
Communicate senior management directives effectively.
Provide feedback and solutions for customer/business issues.
Education:
Graduation (preferably Agri Business), MBA (preferably Agri Business).
