Job Summary

- Check all the received inquiries through email
- Assign all the inquiries without any delay to engineers
- At least twice a day, check the status of assigned inquiries to the engineers do follow-ups with engineers, and ensure the urgent inquiries are answered without any delay.
- Daily prepare various reports like Enquiries received & Status, Purchase orders received and expected, Sales review, Services required, Customer complaints, Sales Target achievements, etc. Discuss with superior about all those reports daily.
- Check e-tenders on various Companies & GeM portals. Select the suitable tenders and send them to engineers for model selection, pricing, etc. Submit the e-tenders and follow-ups to win the order.
Answer queries from customers regarding delivery status, service required, etc.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Ensure the inquiries are taken care of on the basis of priority wise




- Ensure the status of received orders & whether the delivery times are matching with the committed delivery date to customers.
- Ensure no complaints or queries from customers are delayed or unattended.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

- Candidates having at least one to two experience doing a similar job will be preferred.
- Candidate with knowledge of e-tendering, Import & Export documentation, Advance Excel, Tally software, good communication skills will be preferred.
- Reliability & Punctuality.
- Ability to multitask & prioritize daily workload
- Valuable listening, Problem-solving & Teamwork.
- Tech-savviness
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Have an investigative & Analytical mind.
