Project Manager – Navi Mumbai (Onsite)About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage real estate projects from planning to successful completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder coordination abilities, and prior experience in the Real Estate industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end real estate project execution.Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with quality, safety,



and regulatory standards.Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Resolve project issues while maintaining client satisfaction.Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of Project Management experience.B.Arch or any other relevant technical qualification.Mandatory: Prior experience in the Real Estate industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsProject Planning & SchedulingBudget & Cost ControlVendor & Contractor ManagementStakeholder ManagementRisk ManagementMS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD (preferred)
