Job Summary
We are seeking an AEX Implementation Specialist/Engineer to lead the technical deployment of artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical acumen in machine learning and LLMs with practical, hands-on experience in integrating these technologies into enterprise systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, build, test, and maintain AI agents and workflows, and drive adoption across the organization.
Training & Adoption: Enable end-users through training, consultation, and creation of high-quality documentation (e.g., architecture diagrams, playbooks).
• Monitoring & Governance: Oversee post-implementation monitoring for performance, accuracy, and bias, ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards

Key Responsibilities
AEX Deployment & Integration:



Implement AI-powered automation solutions by integrating enterprise platforms and connecting API-based systems, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Custom Solution Design: Architect, build, and tune technical AEX solutions to solve complex business challenges, leveraging tools like Python, REST APIs, and iPaaS automation (e.g., Workato, Azure Functions).
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing business workflows to identify high-impact AI opportunities, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.

Skill Requirements
Experience: 10+ years of experience in a technical role, such as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions architect, or software engineer.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Python, API integration, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• AI Knowledge: Solid grasp of LLM-based systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and data modeling.

Other Requirements
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, with strong problem-solving and consultative capabilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
