Role Summary
Deliver well-crafted SFSC features with a configuration‑first approach and targeted Apex/LWC where needed. Collaborate with senior engineers and BAs to implement scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Configure core SFSC features (Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Macros, Email‑to‑Case).
Build Flows (record‑triggered/screen) and Validation Rules; write Apex where necessary under guidance.
Contribute LWCs, page layouts, lightning app builder, and permission sets.
Write unit tests; support functional/UAT and production readiness.

Required Skills
3–6+ years Salesforce; 1–3+ years Service Cloud.
Proficiency in Flows, Apex basics, LWC basics, SOQL/SOSL.
Understanding of platform security, profiles/permission sets, and packaging/deployment basics.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Exposure to Omni‑Channel, Digital Engagement, Knowledge.
Certifications: Admin, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I.
Interview Focus
Flow design quality, Apex fundamentals, LWC basics, problem-solving, platform guardrails.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of salesforce administrators and developers in the implementation and customization of salesforce solutions.
2. Design, develop, test, and deploy salesforce applications using apex code, visualforce, lightning components, and other related technologies.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Configure salesforce platform based on best practices and ensure data integrity and security.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors in salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated on salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for enhancing existing solutions and developing new functionalities.
7. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high-quality and effective salesforce implementations.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, data management, and workflow automation.
2. Strong experience in salesforce development using apex, visualforce, soql, and lightning web components.
3. In-depth knowledge of salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
4. Handson experience in integrating salesforce with external systems using rest/soap apis and middleware platforms.
5. Familiarity with salesforce lightning platform and building responsive ui components.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time.
7. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
