Job Summary
4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in:
• Salesforce Integrations(REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware like MuleSoft, etc.)
• Omni-Channel & Omni Supervisor configuration and management
• Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and DevOps processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in:

• Omni-Channel & Omni Supervisor configuration and management
• Positive understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred).

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in salesforce apex development including triggers, classes, batch apex, and declarative features.
2. Strong experience in salesforce lightning web components, aura framework, and lightning design system.
3. In-depth knowledge of integration with external systems using rest and soap apis.
4. Familiarity with salesforce data modeling, security and sharing settings, and deployment strategies.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
6. Strong communication skills to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively.

Other Requirements
1. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
