Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Technical Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our enterprise systems team. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in the Oracle Applications stack, possessing a deep understanding of database architecture and the ability to develop complex extensions and reports. This role requires a versatile professional who is comfortable working across various Oracle modules and is eager to apply advanced technical solutions to business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports to meet evolving business requirements.
Advanced Data Processing: Write and optimize complex, high-performance PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
Reporting: Design and implement sophisticated business documents and reports using XML/BI Publisher.
Technical Support:



Perform root cause analysis and provide technical resolutions for complex system issues across multiple Oracle modules.
Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
Full Lifecycle Management: Lead technical workstreams including design, coding, unit testing, and deployment of RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) objects.

Required Technical Skills
Core Oracle Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
Advanced PL/SQL: Extensive experience with collections, bulk binds, analytical functions, and performance tuning.
XML Publisher: Strong hands-on experience in template design (RTF) and data engine configuration.
Module Versatility: Proven flexibility and willingness to support various Oracle modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, MFG.).

Preferred Qualifications
Oracle APEX: Working knowledge or experience developing applications using Oracle Application Express is a significant advantage.
Architecture Knowledge: Solid understanding of Oracle EBS or Fusion architecture and standard API usage.
Communication:



Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of oracle pl/sql solutions.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of oracle pl/sql applications.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to oracle pl/sql.
5. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
6. Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in oracle pl/sql and recommend improvements.
7. Drive process improvements and optimizations to enhance the efficiency of oracle pl/sql development projects.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in oracle pl/sql programming and development.
2. Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and oracle database architecture.
3. Experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and database design.
4. Good understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead technical teams.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
8. Certification in oracle pl/sql is preferred but not mandatory.

Other Requirements
1. Oracle Certified Qualified (OCP) in Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.
