ABOUT DURABLE POLYMERS

Durable Polymers is a Lucknow-based manufacturer of PU foam, silicone foam, non-woven fibre, and engineered polymer components for Indian Railways, automotive OEMs, and industrial clients. We operate fully in-house — design, tooling, production, and testing — across 250,000 sq ft of manufacturing space.

ROLE IN ONE LINE

Own the complete HR function at the Lucknow facility — statutory compliance, payroll, attendance, contract labour, and people operations across shop floor and office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate leave records for all employees.
- Process end-to-end payroll for white-collar and blue-collar staff; coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement.
- Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity, and minimum wages.
- Maintain all mandatory registers and records under the Factories Act and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate with labour contractors for manpower availability, shift deployment, and compliance documentation.
- Verify contractor wage sheets, ESIC/PF challans, and attendance records.




- Prepare for labour audits; coordinate with authorities during inspections.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and induction.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities; conduct feedback sessions and resolve grievances.
- Keep HR MIS updated and available for audits and management review.

MUST HAVE

- Bachelor's or Master's — HR, Industrial Relations, or equivalent
- Hands-on PF, ESIC, and statutory labour compliance experience
- Payroll processing — white-collar and blue-collar
- MS Excel and digital attendance / HRMS systems
- 4–6 years in plant or industrial HR

VALUABLE TO HAVE

- Experience managing contract labour in a manufacturing facility
- Prior exposure to labour audit preparation
- Working knowledge of Factories Act registers

NUMBERS THAT MATTER

- Manages HR for entire facility — shop floor and office staff
- Handles statutory filings — PF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity
- Maintains all mandatory registers independently

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

- Must be comfortable on the shop floor — this is not a desk-only role
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
