Telecaller

Location: Amraiwadi, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and be comfortable handling customer calls, explaining products, and following up with potential customers.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and customer details.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
