Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Create and publish engaging content including Reels, posts, carousels, stories, project showcases, before-and-after content, and client testimonials.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Visit project sites when required to capture ongoing work, site progress, completed projects, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Write creative captions, social media copy, and relevant hashtags.
- Stay updated with Instagram and social media trends, trending audio, formats, and content strategies relevant to the design and construction industry.
- Manage the company's online community by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, leads, and overall growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team for social media advertising and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to develop innovative content ideas.




- Ensure all published content maintains the company's brand image, tone, and visual identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Excellent content writing, caption writing, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video content, and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar content creation software is preferred.
- Ability to understand and present interior design and architectural projects visually.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
