Timings: Night Shift (06:30 PM -03:30 AM IST)
Role: Full time

Overview: As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates to fill IT positions for our clients. You will work closely with our team of experienced recruiters to identify top talent and match them with the right opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
2. Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific positions.
3. Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Must be excellent in communication skills oral and written.
5. Passion for learning and career development in the recruiting field.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
