Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to Treasures clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with the utmost care and attention
Assist clients with a range of banking transactions, including account management, fund transfers, and investment services
Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their overall banking experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records,



ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and integrated services to clients
Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills

Requirements
Have experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with clients
Proficient in using various banking systems and digital tools to provide efficient and accurate service
Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of shared goals
