Job Summary
This role is responsible for shaping and governing technical architecture in the Sales Support domain, delivering enterprise-scale solutions that enable sales teams to achieve business outcomes. The position drives architectural alignment, ensures the adoption of best practices, and partners with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical frameworks. They play a key part in ensuring technology solutions are robust, compliant, and future-proof.

Key Responsibilities
1. Define architectural standards and frameworks for Sales Support systems using enterprise architecture methodologies and relevant technologies such as Salesforce, SAP CRM, and integration platforms.
2.



Drive the evaluation and selection of technical solutions by assessing sales enablement tools and cloud platforms, ensuring optimal alignment with business needs.
3. Lead the design and governance of scalable, secure integration solutions using REST APIs, middleware, and data transformation tools across sales support applications.
4. Provide architectural leadership in the implementation of analytics and reporting platforms, leveraging data warehousing and BI tools to deliver actionable sales insights.
5. Ensure compliance, performance, and security of Sales Support systems by implementing best practices in identity management, encryption, and regulatory standards (GDPR, SOX).
6. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate strategic sales objectives into technical roadmaps, guiding teams on modernization, automation, and innovation initiatives.
