Job Summary
The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing Motor control systems, MATLab, Simulink and driving the design process while ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the PLC design & Programming, MATLab, Simulink, Motor control system design projects from concept to production.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design requirements and specifications.
3. Conduct design reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
4. Develop and implement design strategies to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency.
5.



Troubleshoot design issues, analyze test results, and make recommendations for improvements.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to Motor control system design.
7. Mentor and train team members to enhance their design skills and capabilities.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in MATLAB, SIMULINK, Motor control system design, PLC design.
2. Strong knowledge of hardware design principles, circuit design, and schematic capture.
3. Experience with bios development tools, testing methodologies, and debugging techniques.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
5. Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present design proposals, and documentation.
