Job Summary
SAP Technical Analyst (MDG)
Location : Hybrid Model ( At least 3 days from HCL Office )
Number of Positions : 1

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and develop SAP MDG components including data models, workflows, validations, and BRF+ rules.
• Support integration of MDG with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
• Assist in data migration, cleansing, and replication activities to maintain master data consistency.
• Debug Code/Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDG configuration, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution cycles.
• Work with BASIS and security teams on transport management, performance optimization, and authorizations.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and testing results for knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.

Qualifications:




A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proficiency in SAP MDG Module.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
