Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze business requirements and develop as400 applications accordingly.
2. Code, test, and deploy as400 software solutions.
3. Collaborate within team to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Troubleshoot and debug as400 applications to enhance performance and functionality.
5. Maintain and update existing as400 applications as needed.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers.
7. Stay uptodate with as400 technology trends and best practices.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in as400 programming languages such as rpg, cl, and cobol.
2. Robust experience in developing and maintaining as400 applications.
3. Knowledge of as400 database management systems like db2/400.
4. Familiarity with as400 tools and utilities for software development.
5. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. As400 certification or relevant training would be a plus.
